Access an Expired Course
In an expired course, you can access: Grades Old tests and assignments Your eBook and media resources You cannot complete tests or assignments after the course end date. Expired courses have a gray background and are labeled Course ended.

Can't Join Spark Course After Entering Incorrect Course Key
When joining a new Spark course, if you enter an incorrect course key, you cannot join the course after entering the correct course key.
Can't Open Resource Links
When you click a resource on the companion site, the resource does not open.
Change Email Address
In Spark, click › My Account . Your profile opens. Enter your email in Email . Click Save . A confirmation message displays.
Change Name
In Spark, click › My Account . Your profile opens. Update your first and last name. Click Save . A confirmation message displays.
Change Password
In Spark, click › My Account . Your profile opens. Click Change Password . Enter your current password in Current password . Enter your new password in Password . Your password should contain: At least 8 characters At least one uppercase letter At least one lowercase letter At least one number Repeat your password in Repeat password . Click Save . A confirmation message displays.
