Calendars
When an instructor schedules an assignment, it is automatically displayed on your calendar. Your calendar shows all of your assignments on their due dates. It also shows class start and end dates.

You can view a summary of your current assignments and due dates on your Home page for a class, or a detailed list of your current and past assignments on your My Assignments page.
Online Placement Test
The National Geographic Learning Online Placement Test determines your current English proficiency level, so you can be placed in the most suitable class to help you progress.
Personal Study Plan Overview Page

Completing a Reading Assignment
If your instructor has selected a Cengage eBook for your section, the instructor can assign readings from that book. If you have purchased that eBook through Cengage, you can read that book online from within SAM using the following procedure:
Remediation Flow
The Big Ideas Math student experience will include multi-tiered remediation. This remediation will include access to Lesson Tutorial Videos, direct links to appropriate section pages, and a free online chat tutor for some problems.
Use eBooks
Access eBooks from your student dashboard and your Cengage course. If your course uses a Learning Management System (LMS), you can access your eBook from there if enabled by your instructor.
Grades and Scores
View your activity scores and overall course grade and understand how your work is graded.
