View Student Response Reports

View each student's performance on every question you have assigned in one report. The questions in the report are organized by assignment.

Student Responses reports export as a.csv file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel. The report does not display in CNOWv2.

Student Responses reports contain the following columns:

  • Assignment
  • Question
  • Student Name
  • Student ID
  • Possible Points
  • Points Correct
  • Score

  1. Click the Gradebook tab.

  2. Click Reports › Student Responses Report.

  3. Clear any assignments you don't want included in your report.

  4. Click Download.

    The report downloads to your computer as a compressed.zip file.

  5. Open the.zip file to access the.csv file.
