Add a Link to Technical Support

Add a Cengage technical support link in the same way that you add links to your eBook. The technical support link is listed at the bottom of the list of chapters.

  1. Open your LTI Advantage LMS course.

  2. Follow the steps for your LMS to access the Cengage tool.

  3. Click the Cengage tool.

    If the tool is not available, contact your administrator.

  4. Click Select Content.

  5. At the bottom of the list of chapters, select the Cengage Technical Support link.

  6. Click Confirm, review your selection, and click Save.
