You are signed out of Moodle when you try to add Keyboarding in SAM activity links while using Google Chrome.

Changes made in recent Chrome updates cause the Keyboarding in SAM content selector to stop working correctly.

Chrome has changed how they handle cookies (small bits of data), which Keyboarding in SAM relies on to complete certain actions.

Resolution

    This issue has been resolved in Moodle versions 3.9.9, 3.10.6, and 3.11.1.

  1. Contact your institution's Moodle administrator to report the issue and request a Moodle update.

  2. Until this issue is resolved for your institution, use a browser other than Chrome.
