When trying to upload a file, an error message is displayed.

Your file does not meet the requirements listed in File Restrictions.

Make sure your file meets the upload requirements. Common solutions include:

  • Rename your file using accepted characters.
  • Convert your file to an accepted file type.
  • Save your file at a lower quality, bit rate, or resolution.
  • Break long videos into smaller parts.

Consider hosting videos on your school's web server or a video sharing service such as YouTube or Vimeo.
